Mike Harper

Michael Harper has nearly 20 years of experience in orthopedic product development, building extensive expertise in medical device innovation. His career began while still a student at Temple University, where he focused on spinal implants, laying the foundation for his future specialization.

After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University School of Engineering, Michael joined Globus Medical where he took on responsibility for the design and production of the CREO pedicle screw system.

Currently, Michael serves as Senior R&D Engineer for Runway Healthcare LP, where he leads development efforts across multiple product lines, including Toetal Solutions and Pace Surgical. In this role, he applies his deep industry knowledge to drive innovation and oversee future development initiatives.
